[Charge Standard]

RMB2500 Yuan/h (SUD600/h for foreign participant) is charged for a technological lecture and similar activity with provision of a conference hall and corresponding equipment.Please contact the organizing committee whether you have any extra needs,and the charge could be discussed.

[Procedure]

Fill out the "Application Form and Agreement" seriously,stamp on it before fax or post to the organizing committee.
Once you are confirmed,all exhibition fees or 50 percent advance payment should be remitted to the organizing committee within the following seven days,then fax the return receipt to the organizing committee for checking.
The organizing committee will fax or post a letter of confirmation to the exhibitor after the "Application form and agreement" received."Exhibitor's Guide" will not send to exhibitor until the exhibition fee arrives.
Rules for booth arrangement:application date,payment date,and scale of exhibition.

[Exhibition Service]

Product load and discharge,booth decoration,accommodation and tourism arrangement.
Reserve return plane and railway ticket for exhibitors free of charge.
Listing your products and company on CPE web site free of charge;offer professional personages prompt searching services so as to set up a bridge for buyers and suppliers.
Release your company brief within 200 words on the exhibition catalogue free of charge,present you two catalog.
Provide exhibitors with entry tickets for inviting customers.
Booth periodically cleaning up,24 hours safeguard service.
Propagate the exhibition on multi medias,organize customers to come for discussion, exchange and visiting.

[Notice]

No counterfeit and fake exhibits.
Exhibitors are not allowed to remove booth, lease booth or convey to others during the exhibition.
Any company requires water,power and electricity should give notification one month in advance.
In case the exhibitor hasn't paid the exhibition fee seven days later or the remained fee before Oct.8,2005,the organizing committee has the right to cancel the reserved booth.
To ensure the image of the exhibition,the organizing committee has the right to negotiate with the exhibitor and adjusts the booth position finally.
If products offered by exhibitors beyond the "business scope",the Organizing Committee keeps the right to reject the products and would not return the paid booth fees.

[Exhibition Ad]

The organizing committee will carefully make an Expo's journal and set up the conference spot-advertising facilities.Those who are in need of this service could contact the organizing committee.The journal space specification:210mmx285mm.Advertisement charge:RMB10000 Yuan for a space in the title pace,the back cover and inside front cover.RMB8000 Yuan for one inside back cover;Colored advertisement:RMB5000 Yuan for a space in an inside page.Black and white advertisement:RMB 3000 Yuan for one in an inside page.Charge for a conference spot advertisement material shall be delivered to us not later than September 20th,2005.
