　　China Plastics City Information Center was built in 1995. China Plastics Information Network began to operate in April, 1998 on the basis of other Networks of the center.

　　After that, it has offered a lot of valuable expert informations for many enterprises in all over the country, other countries and areas in the world. Furthermore, it also has greatly promoted the transactions between the enterprises, now the total amount of trade has reached to 8 billion yuan, account for 56% of the total in China Plastics City.
